Recreation Receptionist role at Dhaifatina Airport Hotel in Doha focuses on delivering efficient front desk support for spa, pool, and recreation facilities while providing a welcoming guest experience within a premium airport hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage reservations, payments, and tracking procedures for pool, spa, and recreation facilities
- Create a warm and professional welcome for hotel guests and members
- Monitor massage bookings and manage locker keys and towel distribution
- Promote spa products, activities, and recreation services to guests
- Post charges accurately in the system and follow correct accounting procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and locker areas
- Ensure availability of towels, reading materials, and promotional items
- Encourage sales through full knowledge of facilities, services, and pricing
- Assist prospective members with facility tours and membership information
- Handle guest complaints promptly and elevate when required
- Support cleaning and daily operational tasks as directed by the department head
- Comply with environmental, health, and safety policies at all times
- High school qualification with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or an international environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused approach with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Arabic language skills preferred
