Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for hotel guests, providing courteous and professional front desk service
  • Handle guest check-in, registration, reservations, and check-out procedures accurately
  • Manage guest requests and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Provide clear information about hotel rooms, rates, services, and facilities
  • Ensure all guest payments and billing are balanced and accurate at the end of each shift
  • Personally greet and escort guests to their rooms to create a welcoming experience
  • Deliver personalized service throughout the guest journey from arrival to departure
  • Maintain front desk records, reservations, and communication logs
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to support guest needs
  • Uphold hotel service standards, safety procedures, and operational policies
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum high school qualification
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency, Opera system knowledge preferred
  • Up to 2 years of relevant hospitality or customer service experience
  • Ability to work shifts in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Professional appearance with attention to detail
