• Greet and register guests using the spa and fitness facilities
• Ensure guests are informed about guidelines, programs, and activities
• Maintain cleanliness of spa equipment, fitness areas, and public spaces
• Stock service areas with towels, water, ice, beverages, and other supplies
• Provide information on spa and fitness offerings and upcoming events
• Perform basic administrative duties as assigned by management
• Assist in promoting spa services and supporting special events
• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly
• Deliver excellent guest service through clear communication and support
• Follow departmental policies, health, safety, and sanitation standards

• Previous spa, fitness, or hospitality experience preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Responsible, reliable, and service-focused
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and attentive to guest needs
