• Clean and service guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards
• Organize and stock housekeeping carts with supplies and linens
• Follow cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks for efficient completion
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the relevant department
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth daily operations
• Ensure adherence to hotel safety and security protocols
• Provide guests with local knowledge and assistance when required

• Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning tools, chemicals, and safe handling practices
• Physically fit with the ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to cleanliness standards
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities
• Professional, guest‑focused, and service‑oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
