Event Service Expert

Responsibilities

• Build a memorable and unique event experience for guests, ensuring the event is well‑executed from start to finish.
• Set up, break down materials, transport supplies, take orders, interact with guests, and perform related duties.
• Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain professional appearance and communication.
• Deliver The Ritz‑Carlton Gold Standards, including the Employee Promise, Credo and Service Values, to enhance the guest experience.
• Be on feet, moving for extended periods – standing, sitting, walking – and lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing ≤50 pounds without assistance.
• Perform any additional reasonable job duties as requested.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.
