Floor Supervisor, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering

Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service flow. Monitor waiters, hosts and service staff during operations. Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. Handle guest concerns and escalations. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service. Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness and restaurant presentation. Monitor staff grooming, discipline and attendance. Assist in staff training and onboarding. Support reservation handling and guest seating arrangements.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and company SOPs. Assist management in achieving operational and service goals. Prepare shift handover and daily operational updates if required.

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Good leadership and team coordination skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurants preferred
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service hours
• Gulf experience preferred
