Overview
We create memorable experiences for our guests, and we are looking for a Banquet Supervisor who is passionate about delivering excellent service. You should be organized, confident, and able to lead a team in a professional manner.
Responsibilities- Supervise and support the banquet team during events
- Make sure all event setups are completed correctly and on time
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service
- Brief the team before each event so everyone understands their duties
- Monitor service during events and quickly handle any guest requests or issues
- Ensure high service standards are maintained at all times
- Assist with upselling premium food and beverage options when appropriate
- Oversee event closing procedures and ensure everything is properly cleared and organized
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or relevant hotel experience)
- At least 2 years of experience in banquet or food & beverage service in a hotel; supervisory experience is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English or other languages are a plus
- Good knowledge of banquet operations and service standards
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Well organized, able to multitask, and pay attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
