We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Fairmont Doha as our new Bellman.

The Bellman is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by assisting guests with luggage handling, escorting them to and from their rooms, and providing information about the hotel’s facilities and services. As a key member of the Front Office team, the Bellman creates a positive first and last impression for guests while ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
  • Assist with luggage transportation and storage
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel amenities
  • Provide accurate information regarding hotel services, dining outlets, local attractions, and transportation options
  • Coordinate with the Front Desk, Concierge, and Valet teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries
  • Ensure guest belongings are handled safely and securely at all times
  • Uphold Fairmont brand standards and contribute to a luxury hospitality environment
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and professional appearance.
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage safely.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and services is beneficial.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
