Our Spa Specialists support a variety of Spa functions. You will build memorable experiences by promoting Spa services or retail, scheduling reservations, confirming appointments, providing service information, checking in guests, and processing payments. You will maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, uphold quality standards, and present a professional appearance. Physical requirements may include standing, walking, and moving objects up to 10 pounds alone or 25 pounds with assistance.
All duties are performed to ensure guests enjoy their experience and our business objectives are met.
Your role will be to ensure that the “Gold Standards” of The Ritz‑Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day. These standards guide us to be better each day and are integral to our service philosophy.
Preferred Qualifications- Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. - Related work experience:
