We are hiring a skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel in Doha. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all departments, maintaining high-quality standards, and providing exceptional guest service.

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue
• Manage budgets and financial plans to achieve profitability goals
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues or complaints promptly
• Hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain a high level of service excellence
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, expenses, and revenue reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Develop relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote the hotel's services

• At least 3 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards common goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Proven track record in managing budgets, financial planning, and revenue management strategies
• Knowledge of hotel management software systems such as Opera or Fidelio is preferred
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required

This position is open to all nationalities. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience working in the hospitality industry in Africa.

1600$ per month.
