Job Description

We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles & Fairmont Doha as our new Restaurant Supervisor.

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting the restaurant management team in achieving business objectives. This role involves supervising service staff, coordinating dining operations, handling guest inquiries and concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant team members during shifts.
  • Ensure guests receive prompt, professional, and personalized service in line with luxury hospitality standards.
  • Monitor restaurant operations, service quality, and cleanliness to maintain brand standards.
  • Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize the dining experience.
  • Address guest feedback and resolve service issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Support inventory control, stock management, and operational reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist management in achieving revenue, productivity, and guest satisfaction targets.
Qualifications What will you bring to this role?
  • Previous supervisory experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
