Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored catering proposals that align with clients' vision and budget, ensuring a seamless planning experience.
- Oversee the entire catering operation from menu design to service execution, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs, preferences, and dietary restrictions, delivering personalized service.
- Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing ingredients and equipment, to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, providing a strong foundation in the principles of catering and event management.
- 5-6 years of experience in catering or food service management, with a proven track record of successful event execution.
- Certification in food safety and sanitation; an HACCP certificate is considered a value add.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of catering services, including VIP services and banquet functions.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Team player with a focus on manpower management.
- Good administration skills and basic accounting.
- Familiarity with ISO food standards and/or HACCP.
