Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional front office service, including warm welcomes, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Anticipate guest needs, handle cash transactions, and maintain Pullman service standards.
- Monitor room status, manage guest complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and follow VIP protocols.
- Adhere to local government requirements and Pullman guidelines for guest management.
Your experience and skills include:
- Thriving in fast‑paced environments and love creating memorable guest experiences.
- Previous experience in hospitality is a strong advantage.
- Tech‑savvy with Opera or similar systems.
- Guest‑oriented, approachable, and genuinely service‑mindful.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a great asset.
- Sales‑driven mindset.
