Key Responsibilities- Oversee and support food & beverage staff during shifts
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Maintain high service quality and guest satisfaction
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and stock management
- Train and mentor new team members
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues
- Proven experience in food & beverage service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma; hospitality training preferred
- 2+ years in food & beverage service, with some leadership experience
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
