Rosewood Doha is a landmark destination inspired by Qatar s coral reefs, bringing together ultra-luxury hospitality, residential living, culinary experiences, holistic wellness, differentiated retail and events within one integrated ecosystem. The property includes a 155-key hotel, 162 serviced apartments and 276 private residences, alongside a diverse collection of restaurants and lounges, expansive event spaces and curated lifestyle experiences. Our destination also houses Asaya, Qatar s first members-only social wellness club, complemented by Rosewood s signature Manor Club for Club Room and Suite guests.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction for business growth.
- Develop and implement the annual budget and business plan.
- Monitor financial performance and operations to support the department’s objectives.
- Ensure managers align with the agreed strategy and annual business plan.
- Establish the annual department events calendar with global and local retail partners.
- Approve and implement the annual local membership and events calendar.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on the strategic marketing plan and oversee its implementation.
- Position Asaya Spa as the primary wellness destination, elevating brand presence in the city.
- Advocate innovation in wellness concepts, local marketing tactics, and hotel guest spa awareness.
- Design and create wellness packages, retreats, programs, menu development, facilities journey planning and marketing.
- Oversee overall marketing and member guest utilization of Asaya Spa services and facilities.
- Integrate spa and wellness programs with Sales & Marketing, F&B and Rooms to enhance guest wellbeing experience.
- Maintain high standards of wellness programs following Forbes guidelines; conduct regular quality assessments using LQA methodologies.
- Manage membership, online bookings, services sales and retail sales; achieve GOP.
- Establish and manage a robust membership program, fostering community engagement.
- Analyze membership data and feedback to improve programs.
- Develop strategic partnerships with in‑house businesses such as hair salons, barbershops and padel facilities.
- Create integrated wellness experiences (joint promotions, exclusive discounts, co‑hosted events).
- Oversee cost management while achieving global wellness goals.
- Generate financial plans, spot trends, measure productivity, and monitor progress.
- Maximize departmental revenues through yield management, up‑selling, and strategic tactics.
- Handle vendor procurement, PO system, checkbooks, inventory reception, and month‑end close.
- Ensure compliance with hotel, company, and local rules, policies, and regulations for financial records, money handling, licensing, safety, hygiene, emergencies.
- Lead the wellness team of holistic wellness and spa professionals.
- Supervise hiring, training, and ongoing associate performance, including feedback, counselling, discipline, and performance reviews.
- Maintain training calendar, manuals, and ensure continuous updates.
- Advocate the company’s vision, mission, value, culture, and brand throughout the organization.
- Maintain personal grooming, appearance, and a positive attitude toward guests, co‑workers, subordinates, and management.
