Asaya Spa Lounge Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Asaya Spa Lounge including scheduling, training, and performance management of the spa staff
• Ensure that all spa treatments and services are delivered to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding guest expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized spa lounge, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and amenities
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, providing personalized service and addressing any concerns or issues
• Collaborate with other departments to promote and market spa services to guests
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure all staff are up‑to‑date on spa services and procedures
• Assist with creating and implementing special promotions and packages to attract new guests and retain current clients
• Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
• Continuously strive to improve and enhance the guest experience at the Asaya Spa Lounge

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a spa or hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
• Knowledge of spa treatments and services
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Customer service oriented with a strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and spa management software
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
