Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations of the adventure park, including rides, climbing activities, zip lines, obstacle courses, and guest areas.
- Lead, schedule, and support operational staff to ensure excellent customer service and safety compliance.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment, attractions, and facilities.
- Ensure all guests receive safety briefings and follow park rules and procedures.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns.
- Monitor crowd flow, staffing levels, and operational efficiency during peak hours.
- Train new team members on operational procedures, safety standards, and emergency response protocols.
- Maintain accurate operational reports, incident logs, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained throughout the park.
- Support ticketing, events, and special group activities when required.
- Assist management in achieving revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational targets.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, recreation management, sports management, or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of supervisory experience in adventure parks, amusement parks, recreation facilities, hospitality, or similar environments.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.
