OUR EXPECTATIONS FROMTHE ROLE
Our Spa Specialists support vital spa functions, creating a memorable experience for guests.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promote spa services and retail offerings to guests.
- Schedule reservations and confirm appointments.
- Answer questions about services and check guests in.
- Process payments while maintaining professionalism.
- Ensure a safe workplace, adhere to company policies and quality standards.
- Maintain professional appearance, uniform, and communications.
- Move and lift objects up to 10 pounds unaided and up to 25 pounds with assistance as needed.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Spa Specialists spend extended periods on their feet, standing, sitting, walking, and moving over uneven or slippery surfaces. They manage reservation software and take a hands‑on approach to ensure guests experience every touchpoint.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
- Preferably Female.
