Household Supervisor

• Supervise and manage all household staff, including housekeepers, drivers, cooks, nannies, and other domestic employees.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure high-quality service.
• Ensure the residence is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Coordinate staff schedules, leave requests, and daily operations.
• Monitor household supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
• Inspect completed work and address any performance or operational issues.
• Assist in organizing household events and special requests when required.
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
• Ensure compliance with household policies and service standards.
• Report directly to the employer or designated family representative.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in household supervision, hospitality, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple household operations efficiently.
• Professional, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Experience working in a private residence or VIP/VVIP household is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Must be willing to stay in (live-in position).
• Can join immediately and locally available in Qatar.
