Every day brings exciting opportunities to create memorable events while driving revenue. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing daily sales and coordination activities for events, weddings, and catering operations.
Achieving individual and team revenue targets to maximize hotel profitability.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase banquet revenue, catering sales, weddings, social events, and corporate functions.
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless planning and execution of all events.
Preparing, reviewing, and presenting monthly sales and performance reports to identify opportunities for growth.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, event organizers, and key business partners.
Conducting client meetings, site inspections, and contract negotiations to secure new business and maximize revenue opportunities.
Working closely with the Director of Sales to support departmental objectives and enhance the hotel's events and catering business.
What we need from you:Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–4 years' experience in hotel sales, events, or catering within the hospitality industry.
Proven experience in managing weddings, social events, corporate events, and catering sales.
Strong understanding of the local market, business trends, and client network.
Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple events simultaneously.
Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
