With seven dining venues and 25 flexible event spaces, the hotel is a leading location for conferences, meetings, and social events in Doha.

We are hiring Arabic Captains and Supervisors for the Outside Catering Department at Sheraton Grand Doha. This full‑time, on‑site role oversees daily service operations, ensures high hospitality standards, manages team performance, coordinates event setups, and supports guest satisfaction. The role works closely with kitchen and events teams to deliver seamless service for all functions.

• Strong hospitality and guest‑service background
• Experience supervising service teams
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Knowledge of F&B service standards and hygiene procedures
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with flexible hours
• Previous supervisory experience and hospitality education are an advantage
• English proficiency; additional languages are a plus
