What you will be doing
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Food & Beverage management team
  • Coordinate daily communications, schedules and follow‑ups to ensure smooth departmental operations
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations and correspondence related to F&B activities and performance
  • Liaise with kitchen, service and banquet teams to support upcoming events and guest requirements
  • Ensure all reservations, group requests and banquet orders are accurately documented and communicated
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office and operational supplies for the department
  • Support in coordinating training schedules, employee engagement activities and departmental meetings
  • Maintain high levels of guest service by handling inquiries, feedback and special requests with efficiency and care
  • Uphold company standards and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences across all outlets
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations or coordination, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with hospitality systems (Micros, Opera, etc.) is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude and a passion for hospitality
