he Revenue Executive supports the hotel’s revenue management function by optimizing room inventory, rates, and distribution channels to maximize occupancy and RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room). The role works closely with Sales, Reservations, Front Office, and Revenue/Reservations Manager to ensure effective pricing strategies and demand forecasting.
Key Responsibilities Revenue Management & Pricing- Assist in implementing daily, weekly, and monthly room pricing strategies
- Monitor room rates across OTA, direct, and corporate channels
- Support dynamic pricing decisions based on demand, seasonality, and market trends
- Help maximize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy levels
- Manage room availability across all distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, direct booking platforms)
- Ensure rate parity across all online platforms
- Update room restrictions (close/open rates, minimum stay, stop-sell when required)
- Track competitor pricing and market demand trends
- Prepare daily/weekly pick-up reports and revenue forecasts
- Analyze booking pace, cancellations, and no-show trends
- Work closely with Reservations and Front Office teams for real-time updates
- Coordinate with Sales team for corporate and group bookings
- Support Revenue Manager in strategy execution
- Maintain and update PMS and RMS systems (e.g., Opera, IDS, IDeaS if applicable)
- Generate revenue and performance reports
Ensure accurate data entry and system integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or revenue-related role
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good understanding of hotel distribution channels and pricing strategies
- Proficiency in PMS (Opera preferred) and Excel
- Strong communication and coordination skills
