Responsibilities
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pool areas after they have been cleaned by the Housekeeper to ensure quality standards. Run sold room reports, verify room status, identify discrepancy rooms, prioritize cleaning, and update the status of departing guest rooms. Assist Housekeeping management with daily activities, coordinate with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry, resolve issues with discrepant rooms, and communicate changes in room assignments.
Follow all company safety and security policies, report maintenance problems, hazards, accidents, or injuries, complete safety training and certifications. Maintain uniform and personal appearance, ensure confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Provide exceptional service to guests, including assistance to individuals with disabilities. Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, assist in hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, counseling, discipline, and motivation of employees.
Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods. Use computer and point of sale systems to enter and locate work‑related information.

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. - Related
