Job Summary

As a Guest Environment Expert at The Ritz‑Carlton, Doha, you are responsible for maintaining hotel cleanliness, guest rooms, and public spaces while delivering exceptional service to guests.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and service areas, delivering guest requests promptly.
• Stock and manage carts, clean rooms and public spaces using proper housekeeping procedures.
• Ensure a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform compliance.
• Perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs without assistance, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects.
