Spa Therapist

Job Summary

Our Spa Specialists play an important role in supporting a number of vital Spa functions. At our hotels these associates work to build an experience that is memorable and unique – with Spa services on the side. They take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their experience.

During their shift, Spa Specialists will promote Spa services or retail, schedule reservations and confirm appointments, provide answers about services, check in guests, and process payments. They are responsible for creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring a professional appearance and communication. Other job duties include managing reservation software, handling physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 10 pounds unaided and 25 pounds with assistance, and performing tasks that require reaching overhead, stooping, and twisting as required for guest service.
