We are seeking a Tourism Operations Director to lead travel operations, manage service delivery, and support business growth through strong leadership and operational planning.

- Monitor budgets, service performance, customer feedback, and business targets.
- Lead, train, and support tourism operations staff.
- Ensure all activities follow company policies, safety standards, and service procedures.
- Strong experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, destination management, or service operations.
- Previous senior leadership or department‑level management experience is preferred.
- Experience working in Qatar or GCC tourism environments is an advantage.
- Skills in tourism operations leadership, travel planning and service coordination, vendor and partner relationship management, customer experience and service quality management.
- Strong communication, organization, and decision‑making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Travel Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in tourism, hospitality, or service management are an advantage.
