Responsibilities- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and service areas to hotel standards.
- Make beds, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
- Remove room service trays/trolleys and keep public areas neat and tidy.
- Report maintenance issues promptly and ensure fire exits and stairways remain clear.
- Handle room keys responsibly and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing requests through the valet service.
- Any other duties assigned and directed by the supervisors.
- Minimum 2 years in the same position in a 4/5 star hotel.
- Good command of English Language. (Written & Spoken)
- Physically fit. (Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
