Your Day to DayAs a Uniform Room Attendant, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the Uniform Room, ensuring all colleagues receive clean, well-maintained uniforms while maintaining accurate records and inventory.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Issue, receive, and organize colleague uniforms according to hotel procedures.
- Inspect uniforms for cleanliness, quality, and any damage before issuing.
- Coordinate with the Laundry team to ensure uniforms are cleaned, pressed, and returned on time.
- Perform minor repairs such as replacing buttons, fixing hems, and basic alterations where required.
- Maintain accurate records of uniform issuance, returns, and inventory levels.
- Ensure the Uniform Room remains clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Monitor uniform stock and report shortages or replacement requirements.
- Support the onboarding and separation process by issuing and collecting uniforms for new joiners and departing colleagues.
- Adhere to all hotel hygiene, safety, and security procedures.
Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service to all colleagues while supporting a positive workplace culture.
What We Need From YouIdeally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
- Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English
- Additional language is an added advantage
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
