Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and safety-focused Adventure Park Supervisor to oversee daily park operations, staff performance, and guest experience. The ideal candidate will ensure all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards while creating a fun and memorable environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of the adventure park, including rides, climbing activities, zip lines, obstacle courses, and guest areas.
  • Lead, schedule, and support operational staff to ensure excellent customer service and safety compliance.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment, attractions, and facilities.
  • Ensure all guests receive safety briefings and follow park rules and procedures.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns.
  • Monitor crowd flow, staffing levels, and operational efficiency during peak hours.
  • Train new team members on operational procedures, safety standards, and emergency response protocols.
  • Maintain accurate operational reports, incident logs, and maintenance records.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained throughout the park.
  • Support ticketing, events, and special group activities when required.
  • Assist management in achieving revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational targets.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, recreation management, sports management, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of supervisory experience in adventure parks, amusement parks, recreation facilities, hospitality, or similar environments.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and operational procedures.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
  • First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.
