You’ll be providing food and drink service while spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences to every guest.
Responsibilities- Work on behalf of guests and collaborate with team members.
- Maintain strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Maintain concentration and a well‑organized work environment and think clearly.
- Provide temporary coverage for the first 90 days with the possibility of moving to part time based on performance.
- Have at least one year of experience as a mini‑bar attendant in a luxury environment.
- Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, prioritize, organize and follow up.
- Use good judgment, follow directions, understand guest needs, and provide flawless service with minimal supervision.
- Check for expired products and maintain the freshest items in the bar at all times.
- Respond to guest requests using Hot Sos computer system.
- Obtain and maintain knowledge of hotel services including dining and nightlife.
- Be familiar with hand radio functionality.
- Possess sufficient knowledge of the local area to direct guest inquiries.
