Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of concierges ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering a positive work environment. Oversee daily operations of the concierge desk including managing guest requests, reservations, and special arrangements with precision. Develop and implement innovative service strategies to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations, enhancing the overall guest experience. Act as the primary point of contact for escalated guest issues, resolving them efficiently and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications- Diploma or higher
- 5+ years’ experience in Gulf countries
