• Operate dry‑cleaning, washing, drying, and pressing machines
• Clean and press guest clothing, staff uniforms, and hotel linens
• Inspect garments for stains, damage, or special handling instructions
• Apply stain‑removal treatments using proper chemicals and techniques
• Sort items according to fabric type, color, and cleaning method
• Fold, package, and deliver cleaned garments to guests or departments
• Maintain laundry equipment and report any malfunctions
• Ensure proper usage and storage of laundry chemicals
• Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
• Handle guest requests professionally and promptly
• Keep records of guest laundry and dry‑cleaning orders

• Previous experience in hotel laundry or dry‑cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of fabric care and stain‑removal techniques
• Ability to operate laundry and pressing equipment
• Good attention to detail and time management
• Basic communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift laundry loads
