Based at Doha, the Coordinator ensures a seamless turnover from Sales to Operations and supports planning and execution of conferences, events, outside catering and group bookings post‑contract.
The role maintains direct client communication during planning and execution, coordinates internally, and reports to the Director of Conference & Events.
