Job Description
Deliver exceptional guest experiences by coordinating with various departments and providing personalized hospitality throughout the guest journey.
Welcome, recognize and assist guests during arrival and departure ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes in line with brand standards.
Handle guest requests, inquiries, complaints and special requirements professionally ensuring timely resolution and high levels of guest satisfaction.
Prepare and review daily arrivals, welcome amenities, room assignments and guest recognition arrangements to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain effective communication and positive working relationships with colleagues across all departments while adhering to company policies, standards and procedures.
Manage cashiering responsibilities including handling cash, foreign currency exchange, balancing assigned banks and reconciling transactions accurately.
Maximize hotel revenue through upselling opportunities, guest engagement and promoting hotel facilities, services and activities while actively collecting guest feedback for continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications and SkillsDegree holder preferably in hotel and restaurant management.
2‑4 years of experience as a Guest Relations Agent.
Excellent command in English. Arabic is an advantage.
