Valet Parking Attendant

Position Summary

The Valet Parking Attendant is part of the Rooms Division and assists in the hotel lobby and arrival/departure experience of the hotel. Responsibilities include driving, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

• Drive and safely park guest vehicles in designated areas following standard stacking procedures to maximize speed and efficiency.
• Retrieve vehicles from the valet lot in accordance with established safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to each guest, including directions, recommendations, and information about the city and attractions.
• Monitor property front entrance and guest arrivals, reporting any problems or unusual activities to management.
• Assist guests promptly and courteously in valet check‑in and offer a sincere farewell with assistance on bags.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct, working all shifts including AM, PM, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain professionalism and work harmoniously with co‑workers.

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in room division capacity or related positions.
• Previous line or supervisory role experience in related positions.
• Valid driving license and solid knowledge of guest services and front‑of‑house operations.
• Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, organizational ability, and people skills.
