Responsibilities
- Check reservations daily for compliance to ensure that the minimum response time is maintained for all reservation requests.
- Ensure the quality of reservations is maintained in terms of guest details, rates, and payment methods.
- Plan and use efficient organizational skills to run the daily operation.
- Organize on‑the‑job and weekly training for all staff.
- Keep reservations staff informed of all changes or developments within the hotel and the company.
- Spot‑check reservations made the previous day and check all VIP arrivals.
- Develop and motivate staff to increase productivity.
- Keep the department informed of all changes in customer profiles, rates, strategies, promotions, and specials.
- Conduct shift briefings.
- Minimum one year experience in the same position in a 5‑star hotel.
- University degree.
