Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Health Club Attendant, you will maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the Health Club and recreational areas. Your role ensures guests enjoy a comfortable experience while using our facilities.
- Welcome guests and assist them in a professional and friendly manner
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the gym, pool, and changing areas
- Monitor facilities to ensure safety standards and rules are followed
- Provide basic information about equipment and services
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Ensure towels and amenities are well stocked at all times
- Support daily operations of the Health Club and assist guests as needed
- Previous experience in hospitality or a related field, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and handle guest requests and situations efficiently
- Professional, positive, and approachable attitude
