As a Guest Service Agent, you’re not just ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities- As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for transferring and storing guest luggage and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and transportation.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel amenities.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
- Arrange transportation services (taxis, shuttles) when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and luggage storage areas.
- Handle guest packages and deliveries securely.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
