Airport Representatives in Qatar support guest arrivals and departures at Hamad International Airport and hotel premises. - Visa Sponsorship:
Available for international applicants
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival at the airport
- Coordinate with hotel drivers and third-party transport services
- Assist with luggage handling and documentation
- Maintain updated flight information to anticipate guest arrival times
- Provide general information and respond to guest inquiries
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out coordination with the front office
- Act as a brand ambassador for the hotel at the airport
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Hospitality or Travel Management is a plus
- 1–2 years’ experience in guest services or hospitality (airport or hotel preferred)
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
- Valid passport and ability to relocate to Qatar
Monthly Salary: QAR 3,000 – QAR 4,500 (USD 825 – 1,240), depending on experience and hotel tier
