We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha. As the Hotel Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining a high level of profitability.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve the hotel’s financial goals
• Manage daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance and security
• Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent guest service
• Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the hotel
• Create and implement marketing plans to attract new guests and retain existing ones
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for the hotel
• Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in English is required
• Indian nationality preferred
