Power International Holding (PIH) seeks a senior catering supervisor to manage the site operations for the Doha project. You will oversee procurement, inventory, kitchen, dining rooms, lodging facilities and transport of food, and orient new staff to assignments.
You will liaise with the Production Manager and Site Supervisors, ensure HACCP compliance, and maintain timely reporting and cost controls. Strong leadership and food safety knowledge are essential.
