Position Summary

Guest Environment Experts are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and performing other similar duties to ensure a great guest experience.
Responsibilities- Deliver guest requests and respond promptly to guest needs.
- Stock carts and supply rooms with necessary housekeeping items.
- Clean and maintain hotel rooms and public areas.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Work on feet, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods as required.
- Ensure a safe workplace for guests and staff.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
- Uphold quality standards and maintain professional uniform and appearance.
- Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Perform additional reasonable job duties as requested.
