fundamentalhospitality is seeking a Health & Safety Administrator to support operations of two Doha restaurant concepts. You will ensure food safety and regulatory compliance, maintain records, and support audit readiness in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
The role requires 1–3 years in H&S, hygiene, or QA within hospitality, with a Diploma/degree in a relevant field. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, plus HACCP/First Aid certifications.
