We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel in Doha As the Night Auditor you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and guest accounts during the overnight shift
Key Responsibilities- Conduct audits of financial transactions and guest accounts to ensure accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Complete end-of-day activities such as posting charges to accounts running night audit reports and preparing daily revenue summary
- Balance and reconcile all revenue and settlement accounts
- Prepare necessary reports for management review
- Respond to emergency situations as needed
- Assist with check-incheck-out processes during overnight shift
- Indian nationality due to visa restrictions
- Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role
- Knowledge of hotel operations accounting principles and front office procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software such as Opera
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month
