• Guest Engagement:
  Build rapport with guests anticipate needs and ensure satisfaction through proactive communication and professionalism
• Menu Knowledge:
  Maintain thorough understanding of food wine and beverage offerings Provide recommendations and guide guests through pairings and specials
• Order Management:
  Accurately record orders using POS systems coordinate with kitchen and bar teams and ensure timely delivery of dishes and drinks

  Clear clean and reset tables efficiently while maintaining flow and presentation standards

Experience:

Minimum 2 3 years as a Waiter / Waitress in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or premium hospitality environments.

Skills:

Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities. Proficiency with POS systems and basic cash handling.

Personality:
Charismatic, energetic, and passionate about hospitality.

Attributes:
High attention to detail, polished appearance, and composure under pressure.

Language:
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Flexibility:
Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
