We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Malayalee, you will feel right at home in our hotel, and we are looking for someone who can provide exceptional hospitality services to our guests.

Salary: 1300$ per month

• Fluent in Malayalam language
• No English proficiency required
• Previous experience in hotel management preferred but not required
• Accommodation provided
• Open to freshers with a passion for the hospitality industry

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by welcoming guests, addressing their needs and concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain the quality standards of the hotel
• Manage budgets and expenses to ensure profitability of the hotel
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to provide excellent service to guests
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and promotions to attract more customers
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of all areas within the hotel premises

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam language; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Customer-oriented mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service
