Hotel Manager

Hotel Manager - Doha, Qatar

As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel in Doha, Qatar. This includes managing staff, ensuring quality customer service, maintaining the hotel's budget and financial records, and ensuring that all amenities and facilities are up to standard. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a degree in hotel management or a related field.

• Oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Develop and implement policies to maintain the highest level of customer service
• Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback and reviews
• Manage the hotel's budget and financial records
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Coordinate with other departments to plan events and promotions
• Address any issues or complaints from guests in a timely manner

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the hospitality industry
• Bachelor's degree in hotel management or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
