Night Auditor for a Hotel Indian Nationals Preferred

Night Auditor for a Hotel in Doha, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred) is needed. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, including the accurate recording of all financial transactions and ensuring that guest needs are met.

• Conduct audits of daily financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs during night shifts
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Prepare daily revenue reports for management
• Monitor hotel security during night hours
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements
• Maintain accurate records of all cash, credit card, and room charge transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations during the night shift

• Proven experience as a Night Auditor or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent numerical ability with strong attention to detail
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed
