Night Auditor in Doha, Qatar for Indian Nationals

As a Night Auditor in Doha, Qatar, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of a hotel or other hospitality establishment. This is an ideal role for those with a background in accounting and finance, as well as excellent customer service skills.

• Conducting night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Preparing daily reports and distributing them to relevant departments for review
• Maintaining guest accounts and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise
• Assisting with check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
• Responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
• Ensuring the safety and security of guests during the night shift
• Monitoring reservations and room availability for the following day
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations during the night shift

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in a similar role or in accounting/finance
• Strong knowledge of financial procedures and principles
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a pleasant demeanor
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

• Experience using hotel management software or accounting software (e.g. Opera, Quick Books)
• Fluency in English (required) and any additional languages are a plus
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to hospitality establishments in Qatar

As an Indian national, you will also need to have a valid work visa for Qatar. This role may require working late hours as well as on weekends and holidays.
